What you will do

• Manage and audit BI tool content (Omni) to maintain data integrity and verified dashboards.
• Partner with Data Engineering to enrich the semantic layer and optimize AI features for natural language querying.
• Implement AI-driven workflows to automate documentation, content audits, and support requests.
• Lead community efforts including office hours, newsletters, and Slack-based support.
• Build and scale educational resources like workshops and self-paced learning paths.
• Represent user needs to the Data team to identify gaps in self-service data models.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Data Analytics, BI, or Data Enablement.
• Proficiency in SQL and modern BI tools with semantic layers like Omni or Looker.
• Demonstrated success in documenting shared definitions and enforcing data standards.
• Experience experimenting with AI to automate routine tasks and optimize metadata.
• Strong communication and organizational skills for leading strategic projects.
• Must be based in the United States.
