Salary: $243,200–$304,000

What you will do

• Build and lead the marketing analytics team, scaling headcount and defining team culture
• Establish a strategic vision for marketing analytics aligned with business priorities
• Create a single source of truth for marketing metrics in partnership with Marketing Ops and Finance
• Implement attribution frameworks including MTA, MMM, and incrementality testing
• Scale experimentation programs through statistical rigor and testing standards
• Partner with Data Engineering to enhance reporting infrastructure and data reliability

Requirements

• 10+ years in marketing analytics or data science, including 4+ years in leadership
• Proven expertise in PLG and B2B marketing analytics and funnel optimization
• Strong proficiency with SQL, Looker/Tableau, dbt, and Python or R
• Deep understanding of marketing tech stacks including Salesforce, Marketo, and Segment
• Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data for executive stakeholders
