TL;DR

What you will do

  • Manage AI-driven analytics and predictive modeling to track key sales performance indicators and revenue streams.
  • Optimize Salesforce CRM workflows and automate reporting frameworks to enhance real-time decision support.
  • Lead structured funnel reviews and pipeline health analysis to drive proactive revenue interventions.
  • Translate complex data sets into intuitive visualizations and executive-ready dashboards.
  • Conduct win/loss analysis and market segmentation models to inform go-to-market strategies.
  • Lead cross-functional projects to refine sales processes and improve territory design.

Requirements

  • English: Business fluency required.
  • Must be based in the US.
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce and Tableau is essential.
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel modeling and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in medium to large international organizations and matrix environments.
  • Solid understanding of sales processes, including funnel management and negotiation methodologies like MEDDIC.

Nice to have

  • Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or Marketing.
  • Experience interacting with C-Suite executives.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects across Marketing, Product, and Finance.
