What you will do
- Manage AI-driven analytics and predictive modeling to track key sales performance indicators and revenue streams.
- Optimize Salesforce CRM workflows and automate reporting frameworks to enhance real-time decision support.
- Lead structured funnel reviews and pipeline health analysis to drive proactive revenue interventions.
- Translate complex data sets into intuitive visualizations and executive-ready dashboards.
- Conduct win/loss analysis and market segmentation models to inform go-to-market strategies.
- Lead cross-functional projects to refine sales processes and improve territory design.
Requirements
- English: Business fluency required.
- Must be based in the US.
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce and Tableau is essential.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel modeling and PowerPoint.
- Experience in medium to large international organizations and matrix environments.
- Solid understanding of sales processes, including funnel management and negotiation methodologies like MEDDIC.

- Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or Marketing.
- Experience interacting with C-Suite executives.
