Partner Success Manager (MSP): Driving software sales and partner relationships with Managed Service Providers to expand Azure Virtual Desktop and Windows 365 adoption with an accent on technical product demonstrations and pipeline management. Focus on identifying and nurturing sales opportunities, achieving ambitious revenue targets, and positioning advanced cloud infrastructure solutions to C-level and technical stakeholders.

Location: Must be based in the United States

Salary: 140,000 - 160,000 USD per year

What you will do

  • Build and develop strategic relationships with Managed Service Providers to identify and close AVD and Windows 365 opportunities.
  • Conduct high-impact technical product demonstrations for MSP stakeholders, effectively articulating business value to both technical and executive audiences.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle, including pipeline creation, sales forecasting, and collaborative deal conversion planning.
  • Document customer needs, project statuses, and contact interactions within the CRM system.
  • Proactively source new business through industry conferences, social selling on LinkedIn, and targeted outreach.
  • Consistently meet and exceed established sales performance targets.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • 2+ years of experience in technical sales.
  • 2+ years of direct experience with VDI technologies.
  • 1+ years of experience selling to or working within the MSP channel.
  • Proficiency with Azure, AVD, Citrix, or VMware DaaS platforms.

Nice to have

  • Azure AZ-900 certification.
