What you will do
- Own the full customer lifecycle, from initial prospecting and technical sales calls to onboarding and long-term account management.
- Provide expert scientific guidance to customers on assay selection, binding kinetics, and experiment design.
- Translate complex experimental results into actionable insights for diverse customer programs.
- Collaborate with internal biology and product teams to troubleshoot experiments and improve platform capabilities.
- Build and manage a commercial pipeline across biopharma, AI-driven protein design labs, and academic institutions.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, engaging in high-level technical discussions with potential partners.
Requirements
- Scientific degree and background in protein engineering, biochemistry, or biophysics.
- Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Field Application Scientist or Technical Sales.
- Strong commercial mindset with a proven track record of pipeline management and closing deals.
- Ability to communicate technical data effectively to both PhD-level engineers and business leadership.
- Genuine interest in AI-driven protein design and the current biotech landscape.
