TL;DR
Lead Sales Engineer (SaaS): Driving the growth of video collaboration solutions for end-user accounts with an accent on technical architecture and product demonstrations within the UC ecosystem. Focus on clearing adoption blockers, managing technical interoperability, and partnering with sales teams to scale L4B solutions across the DACH region.
Location: Must be based in Switzerland (Zurich or Lausanne preferred) with a hybrid working model requiring 2-3 days in the office.

What you will do
- Serve as the primary technical expert on the sales team to demonstrate and prove hirify.global L4B products and partner services.
- Identify and resolve all technical, competitive, and adoption-related blockers to facilitate successful sales.
- Lead interoperability discussions for VCaaS/cloud services, specifically regarding Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Google platforms.
- Act as the connection point between customers, internal sales, marketing, and engineering to influence product requirements.
- Develop partner engagements to drive the deployment and long-term adoption of collaboration solutions.
- Continuously expand technical knowledge and share insights through industry events, whitepapers, and internal collaboration.
Requirements
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
- Fluency in French and/or Swiss German (written and spoken) is required.
- Must be located in Switzerland or willing to work hybrid out of Zurich or Lausanne offices.
- Proven experience in solution selling and engaging with senior-level executives.
- Deep product and service knowledge in Microsoft, Zoom, or Google UC stacks.
- Ability to explain complex end-user scenarios, network architecture, and technical security/compliance topics.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, switches, routers, firewalls, and protocols.
- Demonstrated experience in identity, authentication, security, and privacy compliance.
- Experience with troubleshooting and debugging complex system issues.
