What you will do

• Build and manage a sales pipeline by prospecting institutional clients including banks, asset managers, and corporations.
• Own the full sales lifecycle from qualification and RFI/RFP management to contract negotiation and closing.
• Ensure rapid client onboarding in partnership with internal teams such as KYC and connectivity specialists.
• Manage the existing client base to drive platform adoption and ensure high service satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the Product team to provide market feedback and identify platform enhancements.
• Represent the organization at industry events and contribute to external marketing and PR efforts.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in trading and brokerage sales within the financial services sector.
• Bachelor or master degree in Finance or Economics.
• Proven track record in building strong pipelines and managing complex sales cycles.
• Must be a Swiss or European candidate willing to relocate to Switzerland.
• Deep interest in and knowledge of digital assets, finance, and capital markets.
• Fluent in English.
