What you will do
- Develop and execute business plans to exceed sales goals in Austria and Switzerland
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
- Communicate hirify.global's value proposition to stakeholders from engineers to CxOs
- Forecast sales and consistently meet targets
- Collaborate across time zones with occasional work outside standard hours
Requirements
- Must be based in Germany or local to Austria and Switzerland territory
- 4+ years of quota-carrying enterprise security sales experience targeting SIEM, observability, and IT personas
- Experience with startups under 1000 employees or demonstrated entrepreneurial skills
- Proven track record of acquiring 5+ new logos annually and managing complex sales processes
- Experience selling through channel-led motions and using MEDDIC methodology
