TL;DR

Account Manager (SaaS): Managing the full post-sale lifecycle for a portfolio of customers with an accent on driving renewals, churn mitigation, and identifying expansion opportunities. Focus on building multi-layer relationships, consultative selling of AI-powered communication solutions, and ensuring measurable value realization for clients.

Location: Hybrid (must be based in or able to commute to Sydney office 3 days a week)

What you will do

  • Own the full post-sale lifecycle, including renewals, expansions, and churn mitigation to drive predictable NRR.
  • Proactively identify growth opportunities within the existing portfolio through outreach and whitespace analysis.
  • Build and maintain multi-layer relationships from daily users to senior decision-makers.
  • Lead complex renewal and upsell negotiations while balancing commercial outcomes with customer success.
  • Collaborate with customer engineering and product teams to accelerate adoption and drive usage of additional SKUs.
  • Surface customer pain points and product feedback to inform the product roadmap and regional strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in SaaS Account Management, Commercial Customer Success, or Renewal Management.
  • Strong skills in consultative sales, prospecting, and complex negotiation.
  • Experience developing and executing account expansion strategies and stakeholder mapping.
  • Analytical capability to manage forecast accuracy, pipeline hygiene, and data-driven NRR reporting.
  • Ability to position product value competitively and handle objections effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be based in Sydney and able to work from the office 3 days per week.
