What you will do
- Own the full post-sale lifecycle, including renewals, expansions, and churn mitigation to drive predictable NRR.
- Proactively identify growth opportunities within the existing portfolio through outreach and whitespace analysis.
- Build and maintain multi-layer relationships from daily users to senior decision-makers.
- Lead complex renewal and upsell negotiations while balancing commercial outcomes with customer success.
- Collaborate with customer engineering and product teams to accelerate adoption and drive usage of additional SKUs.
- Surface customer pain points and product feedback to inform the product roadmap and regional strategies.
Requirements
- Proven track record in SaaS Account Management, Commercial Customer Success, or Renewal Management.
- Strong skills in consultative sales, prospecting, and complex negotiation.
- Experience developing and executing account expansion strategies and stakeholder mapping.
- Analytical capability to manage forecast accuracy, pipeline hygiene, and data-driven NRR reporting.
- Ability to position product value competitively and handle objections effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be based in Sydney and able to work from the office 3 days per week.
