What you will do

  • Generate new business pipeline through outbound prospecting within Public Sector and .ORG accounts.
  • Manage inbound leads generated from outbound efforts and nurture early-stage opportunities.
  • Perform cold calling into existing hirify.global customer bases and net new logos.
  • Research lines of business, personas, and organizational structures to support account teams.
  • Identify key decision-makers and budget holders, navigating complex procurement processes.
  • Align with internal account teams to drive digital transformation initiatives.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and an additional language is required.
  • Must hold a valid working visa for Ireland.
  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or related field.
  • Strong research, account planning, and cold calling capabilities.
  • Experience in achieving sales metrics and consistent quota attainment.
  • Degree or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

  • Passion for or previous experience in Public Sector, Non-profit, or Education sectors.
  • Understanding of government digital transformation or non-profit impact measurement.
