What you will do
- Generate new business pipeline through outbound prospecting within Public Sector and .ORG accounts.
- Manage inbound leads generated from outbound efforts and nurture early-stage opportunities.
- Perform cold calling into existing hirify.global customer bases and net new logos.
- Research lines of business, personas, and organizational structures to support account teams.
- Identify key decision-makers and budget holders, navigating complex procurement processes.
- Align with internal account teams to drive digital transformation initiatives.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and an additional language is required.
- Must hold a valid working visa for Ireland.
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or related field.
- Strong research, account planning, and cold calling capabilities.
- Experience in achieving sales metrics and consistent quota attainment.
- Degree or equivalent professional experience.
Nice to have
- Passion for or previous experience in Public Sector, Non-profit, or Education sectors.
- Understanding of government digital transformation or non-profit impact measurement.
