Compensation: €140,000 - €175,000 EUR (On Target Earnings).

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end deal execution, including CPQ quoting, approval routing, and contract documentation.
• Drive improvements in commercial workflows to reduce friction and accelerate sales cycles.
• Develop AI-native tooling to scale commercial processes and operational infrastructure.
• Act as the primary bridge between Sales, Legal, and Finance to ensure compliance and accurate deal terms.
• Analyze deal patterns to identify and resolve bottlenecks in the sales funnel.
• Maintain and update critical documentation, including pricing guidelines, SKU guidance, and process playbooks.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in deal desk, sales strategy, or commercial operations.
• Must be able to work from the Dublin office as part of a hybrid setup.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce), CPQ tools, and contract management platforms.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives.
• Background in high-growth technology or enterprise software environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities across diverse teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with subscription or consumption-based business models.
• Technical familiarity with specific tools like Nue, Apttus, Steelbrick, Ironclad, or Docusign CLM.
• Understanding of AI-specific business models and commercial practices.
