Salary: $121,000 - $143,000 annually.

What you will do
- Land and expand new logo accounts, treating existing customers like new logos to drive incremental ARR growth.
- Measure and quantify the business value of existing use cases and evangelize aggressively to new buying centers.
- Manage the full sales cycle of new, incremental, and renewal business within the territory.
- Maintain operational efficiency and forecast accuracy to run a best-in-class business.
- Travel up to 50% in-market to establish relationships and cultivate them into referenceable champions.
- Provide timely and insightful input back to engineering, product management, and marketing.
Requirements
- Minimum 7+ years of total IT sales experience and 5+ years of consistent quota over achievement selling software to enterprise-level customers.
- Experience selling on-demand/SaaS Security or IT Infrastructure Management solutions to a technical and business audience (IT Heads / DevOps / Security Operations, etc).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to simplify complex concepts for economic buyers and executives.
- Knowledge of Sales DNA and methodology such as MEDDPICC.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly evolving technical environment.
- Team player with a commitment to life-long learning and curiosity.

- The expected annual base salary range for this position is $121,000 - $143,000.
- Compensation varies based on a variety of factors which include (but aren’t limited to) role level, skills and competencies, qualifications, knowledge, location, and experience.
- In addition to base pay, certain roles are eligible to participate in our bonus or commission plans, as well as our benefits offerings, and equity awards.
