Salary: $120,000 – $136,000

What you will do

  • Serve as a product expert and trusted advisor to guide customers in adopting high-value workflows.
  • Lead time-bound workflow consultations and account-based enablement sessions.
  • Collaborate with sales, customer success, and product teams to implement strategic enablement frameworks.
  • Design and deliver scalable training through high-impact workshops and interactive sessions.
  • Define key metrics and KR frameworks to optimize program impact and retention.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and long-term customer success during client engagements.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in customer enablement, learning and delivery, customer success, program management, or strategic consulting.
  • Experience driving adoption and engagement within a SaaS environment.
  • Strong program management skills with a focus on resource management and metric optimization.
  • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills to influence stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • Strategic and sales-minded approach to identifying account growth opportunities.
  • Collaborative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and mentoring.
