TL;DR

Commercial Customer Success Manager (SaaS/iPaaS): Working with customers to drive adoption and retention of the hirify.global Intelligent Automation Platform, ensuring successful customer onboarding in a timely manner. Focus on developing strategic business relationships, providing technical product expertise, and serving as the primary point of escalation for customer issues.

Location: Must be based in New York, New York

Salary: $95,000 - $130,000 plus variable, benefits, perks, and equity

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with customers to drive adoption and retention.
  • Provide technical hirify.global product expertise and share best practices from a business and technical perspective.
  • Develop and implement processes and programs to increase product usage and drive cross-sell opportunities.
  • Serve as the primary point of escalation for customer issues, troubleshoot, and ensure quick resolution.
  • Provide quantitative/qualitative analysis to inform team decision-making and product roadmap.
  • Be the trusted customer advisor and customer advocate within hirify.global.

Requirements

  • BS or equivalent education.
  • 5+ years of experience in consulting, customer success management and technical account management.
  • Experience in Integration and/or business automation.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts effectively to a non-technical audience.
  • Be available to work US hours.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience as an Account Executive, Senior Member of a large consulting firm or CSM in SaaS/iPaaS.
  • Past lead experience is a plus.
