What you will do

  • Contribute to the payments strategy and roadmap development for transactional initiatives.
  • Create data-driven analyses and business cases for new partnerships and payment features.
  • Manage ongoing collaboration with external payment partners and internal teams.
  • Identify actionable opportunities to boost payment adoption, conversion, and user trust.
  • Coordinate with Product, Finance, Legal, and Customer Service to embed transactional features into the user journey.
  • Utilize AI tools to refine decision-making processes and analytical output quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a business-related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in business development, strategy, payments, or commercial management.
  • Strong analytical and structured thinking skills with the ability to derive clear insights from data.
  • Capability to synthesize complex information into actionable business recommendations.
  • Understanding of the German e-commerce or re-commerce market dynamics.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across multiple cross-functional stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with marketplace or platform business models.
  • Prior experience in fraud prevention or trust infrastructure development.
