Partner Sales Director (Fintech): Driving revenue growth and partner satisfaction by expanding current alliance partnerships and identifying new partnerships with high-growth potential with an accent on maintaining and growing the revenue stream for partner retention and upselling. Focus on building senior level executive relationships and managing internal stakeholders to influence broader sales team in partner offerings.

What you will do

  • Build senior level executive relationships with partners to achieve revenue growth and partner satisfaction objectives.
  • Maintain and grow the revenue stream for partner retention, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Prospect, qualify, negotiate, close, and initiate the implementation of new partnerships and ensure they monetize.
  • Manage a portfolio of existing partners.
  • Meet annual sales goals through new partner acquisition and growing existing partnerships.
  • Maintain accurate data in CRM software (e.g., SFDC) and other sales tools.

Requirements

  • 5 - 8 years+ of direct field sales business-to-business sales experience in a consultative/solution oriented selling environment
  • At least 5 years experience managing reseller engagements or business development preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of enterprise-wide business information solutions.
  • Strong influencing and communication skills.
  • Ability to understand customer business models, their industry, competitors, and end customer challenges.
  • Fluency in English and German language
