What you will do
- Provide coaching, support, and feedback to a team of SDRs, taking responsibility for meeting targets.
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Marketing and RevOps to refine messaging, outreach strategies, and process improvements.
- Leverage and implement the latest innovations in AI and automation to drive productivity and efficiency gains.
- Build a performance culture of effective collaboration between the AE and SDR team.
- Contribute to expanding our global market presence by strategically identifying and qualifying new business opportunities.
- Utilize Salesloft, Cognism and Salesforce to continuously iterate on SDR outreach strategy to drive results.
Requirements
- Strong experience in a SDR or business development role with previous leadership experience.
- Proven success in outbound sales, lead generation, prospecting, and quota achievement, ideally in high growth B2B SaaS and / or Enterprise sales environment.
- Demonstrated motivation to exceed ambitious targets and thrive in fast-paced, high-performance environments.
- Proven track record of building strong relationships and contributing effectively in collaborative team settings through a structured approach.
- Established expertise in cultivating strong interpersonal connections and teamwork across departments.
- A valid working permit in Germany.
