TL;DR

Location: Hybrid role based in Hamburg, Germany (requires 3 days in office per week; relocation assistance provided).

What you will do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing partners to maximize revenue.
  • Analyze KPIs and performance trends to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies leveraging all platform products.
  • Establish and maintain strong partner relationships through regular communication and face-to-face meetings.
  • Support new partners during the onboarding process and handle technical troubleshooting requests.
  • Prepare and present performance reports to partners and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–4 years of experience in mobile user acquisition or adtech account management.
  • Solid understanding of adtech KPIs such as CPI, CPM, CPC, and ARPDAU.
  • Excellent proficiency in English (verbal and written).
  • Strong analytical skills and expertise in Google Suite, particularly Sheets.
  • Output- and revenue-driven mindset with a high sense of ownership.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in the gaming industry.
  • Fluency in additional languages.
