TL;DR

Account Executive, SMB (SaaS): Driving growth by guiding entrepreneurs, sales leaders, and operations professionals through the evaluation of Apollo’s all-in-one sales platform with an accent on conducting discovery calls, nurturing relationships, and closing deals. Focus on pipeline management, strategic relationship building, and accurate forecasting within a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Location: Hybrid, Austin. Able to work in the Austin WeWork space 3x per week.

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 USD

What you will do

  • Lead the sales cycle from discovery to close, typically within 30 days.
  • Manage inbound leads and nurture relationships with potential clients.
  • Conduct initial discovery calls and facilitate weekly meetings to generate qualified opportunities.
  • Maintain pipeline growth and confidently close deals.
  • Effectively handle objections and drive conversations to closure.
  • Build strategic relationships with Directors and above in Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations.

Requirements

  • 1-4 years experience handling high-volume inbound sales opportunities.
  • 1+ years closing experience, preferably in SaaS or technology sales.
  • Proven track record as a top performer.
  • Exceptional consultative selling skills, able to clearly link Apollo’s capabilities to customer pain points.
  • Able to work in the Austin WeWork space 3x per week.
