Location: This position is hybrid, based in Colorado. Candidates must be based in Colorado and able to reliably commute to our Denver office. Expect 1-2 days per week in-office after initial 2-3 months of onboarding. Up to 15% travel time is anticipated.
Salary: $166,000–$208,000 annually (on-target earnings, including base salary of $100,000–$125,000 plus uncapped incentive compensation).

What you will do
- Own assigned enterprise accounts, developing and executing strategic plans for growth and retention.
- Build trusting relationships with senior decision-makers, including C-suite executives, positioning hirify.global as a strategic partner.
- Manage a pipeline of renewals, expansions, and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth and minimize churn.
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Executive Business Reviews, providing data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle for complex deals, including discovery, solution design, negotiation, and closing.
- Act as the voice of the customer internally, collaborating with Product and Engineering to improve customer experience.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in a customer-facing B2B SaaS role or similar, managing large, complex accounts.
- 5+ years in a quota-carrying role with demonstrated success in driving new business, renewals, and expansion within enterprise accounts.
- Proven track record of exceeding targets and engaging C-suite stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentations.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.

- Familiarity with Salesforce ISV applications and enterprise integrations.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and enterprise software.
