What you will do
- Manage relationships with 50-70 clients within a specific industry.
- Build trusted relationships with internal and external partners to qualify deals and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Drive revenue and increase market share in a defined set of accounts.
- Provide solution demonstrations, presentations, and best practices showcasing hirify.global's capabilities.
- Guide customers in digital transformation and cloud adoption, understanding hirify.global's integration with holistic architecture.
- Offer ongoing post-sales technical guidance to drive customer utilization of hirify.global.
Requirements
- 1+ years of full cycle sales or equivalent business-to-business sales experience.
- Proven ability to independently manage and develop client relationships.
- Ability to drive consistent activity, pipeline development, and quota achievement.
- Experience determining customer requirements and presenting appropriate solutions.
- Proactive, independent thinking with a high energy and positive attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Work authorization for the United States is required.
