What you will do

• Manage and maintain high volumes of commission-related data including credit rules, SPIFFs, and manual exceptions.
• Execute end-to-end commission processes from calculation to statement distribution and payment processing.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Sales Leadership, and Finance to ensure data integrity.
• Resolve commission-related inquiries and dispute tickets within established timelines.
• Validate and post monthly commission accruals in NetSuite.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.

Requirements

• Professional experience in commissions analysis, sales compensation, or FP&A.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and NetSuite systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for managing large datasets.
• Effective cross-functional communication abilities.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Must be based in Ontario, Canada.
