What you will do

• Act as the lead finance counselor to executives and collaborate with leaders to track progress and optimize spend.
• Lead the annual budgeting cycle, quarterly forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Analyze company-wide financial trends, perform industry benchmarking, and identify macro-level shifts in SaaS efficiency.
• Oversee the month-end close for departments and translate results into "what’s next" for the rolling forecast.
• Lead the financial vetting for major tech decisions and provide "Build vs. Buy" frameworks.
• Architect automated dashboards tracking critical KPIs.

Requirements

• Applicants must have authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• 6–8+ years in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Strategic Finance, with a focus on high-growth SaaS or Fintech.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA is a plus).
• Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals (accruals, capitalization of software, opex vs. capex, etc.).
• Expertise with ERP Finance systems (e.g. NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, Oracle Hyperion, or SAP S/4).
• Advanced financial modeling for complex business investment cases.
• Experience managing Cloud/Infrastructure costs (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
