Location: Onsite in the United States, offices in New York and Seattle

Salary: $140,000 - $153,000 annually

What you will do

• Own month-end close activities including journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analysis
• Ensure compliance with internal control frameworks and SOX documentation standards
• Leverage NetSuite and integrated tools to streamline GL and close processes
• Identify and implement automation opportunities for reconciliations and reporting
• Collaborate with Finance Systems and Automation teams to improve monthly close scalability and accuracy

Requirements

• Must have 5-7 years of progressive accounting experience with general ledger and corporate accounting
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA preferred
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and experience with journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, ideally NetSuite, in multi-entity environments
• Experience with internal control frameworks such as SOX and documentation
• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment and strong communication skills
