What you will do

• Own and administer the billing stack including metering, usage, and billing logic for multi-SKU products.
• Manage the end-to-end monthly invoicing process ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Provide first-line billing support to GTM and Finance teams on contract terms, invoicing anomalies, and configuration issues.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to implement billing logic for new products and pricing strategies.
• Monitor operational health, identify process gaps, and drive systemic improvements.
• Manage commissions calculation and administration for 40+ employees focusing on accuracy and scalability.

Requirements

• Must have 5+ years experience in Financial Operations, Business Analytics, or Business Systems Engineering.
• Experience managing usage-based billing platforms and integrations with Salesforce and ERPs.
• Strong understanding of SaaS revenue recognition and usage-to-revenue translation.
• Advanced SQL skills.
• Customer-centric approach to billing inquiries and invoice questions.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
