What you will do
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand talent acquisition needs and develop a multi-faceted recruitment strategy.
- Provide exceptional client service and manage the recruiting process from sourcing and screening to selection and onboarding.
- Develop an effective pipeline of key talent potentially available for immediate hire.
- Develop detailed search specifications, screening questionnaires, timelines, sourcing strategies, and interview processes.
- Participate in the new development of ongoing creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies.
- Manage online postings of positions on hirify.global’s internal and external career centers as well as third-party general and niche job boards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of end-to-end recruiting for Technology roles in a fast-paced environment.
- Good understanding of sourcing and recruiting for technical skills in a competitive market.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Working knowledge of HR terminology and practices as they pertain to the recruitment cycle.
- Must be detail-oriented and self-motivated with strong initiative, excellent communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to successfully develop and maintain strong, proactive relationships with clients.
