What you will do
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for GTM, Services, and Account Management teams.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber talent.
- Conduct initial phone screens and in-depth interviews to evaluate technical skills and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs and provide training on interviewing best practices.
- Analyze recruitment KPIs and metrics to drive data-based process improvements.
- Oversee offer negotiations and ensure a seamless candidate onboarding experience.
Requirements
- Must be located in Boston, MA and able to work 3 days per week in the office.
- 6+ years of experience in recruitment, specifically within the SaaS or tech industry.
- 2+ years of experience in a rapidly scaling enterprise SaaS environment.
- Proven ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle and source candidates via diverse channels.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms, preferably Greenhouse.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing stakeholders and candidates.
