What you will do

• Build collaborative relationships with department heads to understand hiring needs and team goals.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Develop and implement scalable recruiting strategies to attract both active and passive technical talent.
• Maintain effective talent pipelines for future departmental hiring requirements.
• Collaborate with hiring managers on creating job descriptions and defining candidate profiles.
• Support high-volume recruiting efforts across Engineering, IT, Security, and other corporate functions.

Requirements

• 3-7 years of full lifecycle technical recruiting experience, ideally in high-growth technology companies.
• Proven ability to work in a hybrid capacity from the Austin, TX office.
• Experience recruiting for a diverse range of roles including Engineering, Finance, and Operations.
• Strong proficiency with applicant tracking systems and modern sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship.
