Talent Acquisition Partner (HRtech): Owns full cycle recruiting for Sales, Marketing and Professional Services teams with an accent on understanding business goals and building strong, diverse pipelines. Focus on designing fast, structured interview processes and coaching hiring managers on effective interviewing and decision making.

Location: USA - Sandy, UT. At hirify.global, we work according to the hirify.global-FLEX hybrid model, which enables maximum flexibility: 2 days working from the office and 3 days of remote work, each week.

What you will do

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing and Professional Services leaders to understand business goals and turn that into clear hiring profiles and interview plans.
  • Own full cycle recruiting for quota carrying Sales roles, Sales Engineering / Solution Consulting, Customer Success and Professional Services positions across your assigned regions.
  • Build strong, diverse pipelines through outbound sourcing, referrals, talent mapping and strategic use of platforms and job boards.
  • Design and run fast, structured interview processes that give candidates a great experience while maintaining a high hiring bar.
  • Coach hiring managers on effective interviewing, calibration and decision making.
  • Continually test and introduce new sourcing tactics, tools and channels to reach high performing Sales and Professional Services talent.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 4+ years of proven success in recruiting across multiple job levels and types.
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting for Sales / GTM roles and/or Professional Services roles, ideally in a B2B software or SaaS environment.
  • 4+ years of experience implementing and maintaining an applicant tracking system, preferably Greenhouse.
  • Strong working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices as they relate to hiring and interviewing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence, push back and advise when needed.
