Responsibilities
— Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across U.S. and international hiring
— Source and attract top talent using multiple sourcing channels
— Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and build effective recruiting strategies
— Conduct candidate interviews and manage the hiring pipeline
— Contribute to building a strong candidate experience and employer brand

Requirements
— Experience in full-cycle recruiting
— Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously
— Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
— Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
— Experience recruiting in fast-growing or technology environments is a plus
