Compensation: $230,000 – $250,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Recruit, mentor, and develop a team of product marketing professionals.
• Define and own product positioning, messaging, and narrative strategy for your specific platform area.
• Lead end-to-end go-to-market strategy from market insight to operational execution.
• Develop deep expertise in buyer personas and the competitive landscape.
• Drive thought leadership and executive-level content to shape the product category.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to GTM teams, providing product and market context for high-value deals.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product marketing within enterprise SaaS or AI environments.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Stockholm, London, or New York City.
• Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing marketing teams.
• Deep experience marketing AI, data, or platform products to enterprise buyers.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical capabilities into resonant positioning.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with a strategic, operator-first mindset.
