What you will do
- Lead new feature rollouts, from launch to communication to driving adoption across various channels.
- Develop a deep understanding of the customer base through data, defining personas and translating insights into fresh messaging.
- Conduct competitive research and positioning to update assessments of key competitors and empower the Sales team.
- Track feature adoption and customer engagement using Metabase dashboards, analyzing per-venue impact for marketing materials.
- Conduct pricing and market research to deliver quarterly product and market analyses.
- Own AllBooked Product onboarding for new employees.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in product marketing.
- Experience in marketing B2B SaaS products, preferably to SMB and/or middle markets.
- Excellent storyteller with a background in product marketing and an emphasis on positioning, content/messaging, and sales enablement.
- Excellent writer and communicator with the ability to create high-quality sales and customer-facing content, including web content and presentation material.
- Have a strong understanding of product marketing concepts, approaches, and tools.
