Salary: $165,000 – $185,000

What you will do

  • Manage and execute global Customer Advisory programs, including executive boards for AMER and EMEA regions.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to identify strategic customers and convert successes into compelling case studies and films.
  • Act as the primary liaison between customers and the internal marketing organization to ensure high-impact story sourcing.
  • Drive the ongoing adoption of customer-centric content across the organization to support key marketing narratives.
  • Establish feedback processes to ensure continuous programmatic improvements and market alignment.
  • Travel for customer events and essential marketing activities.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Marketing or Public Relations.
  • 5+ years in a core customer-facing role such as Customer, Content, or Product Marketing.
  • Proven experience facilitating technology Customer Advisory Boards (CABs).
  • Strong collaboration skills for working cross-functionally with Sales, Success, and Product teams.
  • Experience integrating AI into marketing workflows.
  • Ability to operate independently and manage multiple complex priorities.

  • Professional experience within a B2B SaaS environment.
