What you will do
- Manage a key Networking and Collaboration customer account in the Bay Area with responsibility for opportunity and revenue management.
- Develop and execute account strategy, including tactical plans and client relationship management.
- Orchestrate executive-level relationships and coordinate global business meetings across units and geographies.
- Identify and capture growth opportunities, facilitating solution development with clients.
- Lead contract negotiations including MPAs and terms to increase NXP's product share.
- Establish team priorities and coordinate technical support.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in San Jose, California, USA
- 3-5 years of sales experience.
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) required; MSEE and/or MBA desired.
- Strong client relationship and strategic account management skills.
