What you will do
- Lead targeted expansion efforts by identifying and engaging existing customers who could benefit from hirify.global Connect.
- Conduct account reviews to understand workflows, pain points, and opportunities despite limited product usage data.
- Own the full sales cycle from outreach through discovery, demos, objection handling, and closing.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Engineers to scope technical fit and support proofs of concept.
- Educate sysadmins, IT managers, and stakeholders on simplifying endpoint management, especially for remote and cloud environments.
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and account notes in Salesforce.
Requirements
- Must be located in Salt Lake City, UT or within commuting distance.
- 2+ years experience as Account Executive or Account Manager with closing responsibilities, preferably in SaaS or IT sales.
- Strong consultative sales skills and ability to uncover cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, especially Salesforce.
- Ability to self-manage outbound prospecting and handle inbound interest effectively.
