Account Executive, Mid-Market (Fleet Safety): Responsible for achieving sales goals within an assigned territory by prospecting new opportunities and executing the sales process. Focus on cultivating strong customer relationships and leading cross-functional deal teams to close new customers.

Location: USA

Salary: $160,000 - $220,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do

  • Meet or exceed assigned sales quota.
  • Represent hirify.global in the assigned territory with professionalism and ethical standards.
  • Prospect into key accounts consistent with the go-to-market strategy.
  • Collaborate with SDR partners to ensure coordinated messaging and prospecting tactics.
  • Assemble and lead cross-functional deal teams as needed to progress and win opportunities.
  • Work with partners, customers, and key influencers to generate referrals and new sales opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full sales cycle, closing experience in a complex sales process, preferably in a high technology industry.
  • Proven track record of overachievement.
  • Experience in the fleet safety or fleet management industry preferred.
  • Able to lead highly complex prospect engagements in working with a team comprised of sales development, solution engineering, field engineering, customer success, finance, fulfillment, and more.
  • Familiar with Salesforce.com (or other CRM system) to manage contacts and track sales process and manage pipeline opportunities.
  • Able to travel up to 50% of the time or as business dictates.
