Salary: $74,100 – $137,600 (Base Pay Range)

What you will do

  • Conduct comprehensive needs analysis to identify customer challenges and growth opportunities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to align integrated portfolio solutions with customer business objectives.
  • Achieve sustainable revenue growth through proactive sales and timely contract renewals.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing, product, and success teams to execute strategic account plans.
  • Navigate complex organizational structures to build lasting partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Use data-driven insights to inform forecasting and optimize strategic decision-making.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales or account management.
  • Proven track record in strategic account planning and consultative selling methodologies.
  • Experience working effectively within a complex matrix organization.
  • Proficiency with sales enablement tools including Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
