What you will do

  • Engage customers through direct and digital initiatives to ensure successful onboarding and adoption.
  • Design and manage digital onboarding experiences for new and re-onboarding customers.
  • Maintain and evolve digital platforms guiding customers through onboarding milestones.
  • Monitor usage data and engagement metrics to identify risks and trigger proactive outreach.
  • Develop playbooks, assets, and self-service resources to support scalable onboarding.
  • Coordinate communication, scheduling, and logistics for onboarding engagements using tools like Gainsight and Goldcast.

Requirements

  • Location: Remote work with options in San Jose, Costa Rica or United Kingdom
  • 3+ years experience in SaaS environment focused on onboarding, customer success, training, or digital engagement.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills including engagement with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong initiative, adaptability, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and driving collaborative outcomes.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
