What you will do
- Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and account audits to assess customer needs and ensure retention.
- Build and manage relationships with high-ticket customers, delivering tailored solutions and clear expectations.
- Lead client onboarding and implementation ensuring seamless integration.
- Communicate best practices and product insights to clients and internal teams to optimize success.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align processes and resolve issues.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase revenue, and enhance product efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent SaaS experience with at least 5 years in customer-facing or implementation roles.
- Experience with HighLevel or similar vertical SaaS solutions preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, Zoom, and Slack preferred.
- Strong time management, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive communicator with critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage sensitive customer issues professionally and work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
