TL;DR

Location: Remote anywhere in the continental United States

Salary: $60,000 – $72,000 USD (yearly base salary in New York, California, and Washington)

What you will do

  • Partner with Account Executives to onboard high-revenue prospective and newly closed accounts.
  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, including data transfer, payments, and product configuration.
  • Serve as the primary customer contact, proactively managing timelines, expectations, and risks.
  • Conduct onboarding calls, working sessions, and product walkthroughs tailored to customer needs.
  • Identify blockers or technical challenges and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.
  • Share customer feedback and onboarding insights to continuously improve processes.

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of experience in onboarding, implementation, customer success, sales support, or a related customer-facing role (SaaS experience preferred).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple onboarding engagements simultaneously.
  • Strong collaboration skills with Sales teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort working with technical and operational workflows such as data migration and payments setup.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to various audiences.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying risks and driving projects to completion.
  • Experience working with CRM and customer tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
