What you will do

• Partner with Account Executives to onboard high-revenue prospective and newly closed accounts
• Own and manage the end-to-end onboarding process including data transfer, payments setup, and product configuration
• Serve as primary contact during onboarding, managing timelines, expectations, and risks
• Conduct onboarding calls and product walkthroughs tailored to customer needs
• Identify and resolve blockers by collaborating with internal teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and share feedback to improve onboarding processes

Requirements

• Must be located in the continental United States
• 1-2+ years experience in onboarding, implementation, or customer success (SaaS preferred)
• Ability to manage multiple onboarding engagements with high quality
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience with CRM and customer tools like HubSpot or Salesforce
