Compensation: $150,000–$180,000 OTE (Base $75,000–$90,000)

What you will do

  • Manage full-cycle sales for the mid-market segment, from initial prospecting to deal closure.
  • Engage senior executives to understand strategic business needs and present value-based solutions.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales engineering and marketing teams to ensure product market fit and pipeline growth.
  • Stay current on competitive landscapes to identify strengths, weaknesses, and market opportunities.
  • Advocate for customer requirements internally to influence product development and implementation.
  • Develop and nurture channel partner relationships to drive new sales opportunities.

Requirements

  • Must be based in New Jersey or Pennsylvania
  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Proven sales experience in SaaS, preferably within the CMS industry.
  • Expertise in managing large, complex deals including prospecting and proposal development.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, entrepreneurial technology environments.
  • Confident presentation skills with the ability to articulate value propositions to C-level stakeholders.
