What you will do

• Execute activities for prospecting and lead generation.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads.
• Understand customer requirements and communicate the hirify.global value proposition.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and e-mail.
• Manage and maintain customer and pipeline records within SalesForce.
• Conduct online product demonstrations to potential customers.

Requirements

• 1-2 Years Lead qualification/ SDR or Sales Experience
• Passion for creating interest in Prospects to learn more about hirify.global Products
• Enthusiastic and “self-starter” approach
• Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
• Proficiency with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Exchange, PowerPoint, Excel, etc)
