What you will do
- Serve as the primary ambassador for hirify.global’s value proposition to strategic brands.
- Prepare and execute long-term business plans, including account mapping and market analysis.
- Negotiate conditions at the brand management level and constantly revalidate partner needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, production, finance, supply chain) to ensure operational excellence.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive sales and profitability.
- Prospect key new brands to initiate business across various hirify.global services.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in key account management.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong technical sales background including prospecting, negotiation, and objection handling.
- Understanding of financial metrics such as P&L, depreciation, and budget management.
- Excellent command of Excel.
- Degree in business or marketing.
