What you will do
- Engage and convert inbound leads into active business customers via phone and outreach.
- Manage the end-to-end sales funnel, from initial contact to successful account activation.

- Execute cross-selling and up-selling initiatives to meet revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal product teams to provide feedback based on customer interactions.
- Prepare regular sales reports and track performance metrics.
Requirements
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Relevant degree in business, finance, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience in account management or sales, preferably within the fintech or financial services sector.
- Strong communication and analytical skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and standard office software.
