Location: Milan, Italy (hybrid or remote within Italy).

What you will do

  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers and develop new customer accounts.
  • Proactively support customers in using products and services.
  • Analyze customer needs to offer tailored solutions.
  • Independently manage accounts, taking responsibility for their growth and satisfaction.
  • Help customers successfully onboard to ensure full utilization of services.
  • Assist in the execution of cross-selling and up-selling initiatives to meet revenue goals.

Requirements

  • A degree in business administration, finance, or a related field (and/or relevant professional experience).
  • Experience in account management, ideally in the FinTech or financial services sector.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong customer-centric approach.
  • Analytical thinking with a structured and results-oriented work style.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and common office applications.
  • Fluent in both Italian and English.
  • High self-motivation and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.
