What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value enterprise accounts.
- Drive product adoption and Net Revenue Retention (NRR) for an assigned book of business.
- Plan and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and success plans.
- Identify and guide customers through upgrade paths and new product integrations.
- Monitor customer health data to develop and execute proactive retention strategies.
- Advocate for customer needs internally to influence product innovation and gap resolution.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise account management, customer success, or similar sales roles.
- Fluency in English is required due to international client communication.
- Deep understanding of consultative sales within a SaaS environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with executives.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Must be based in Montreal for hybrid office attendance.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience with Salesforce and Churn Zero.
- Industry expertise in retail or hospitality sectors.
