What you will do

• Partner with the sales team to identify customer initiatives and map them to technical solutions
• Develop and deliver high-impact technical presentations and product demos for enterprise clients
• Lead proof-of-concept trials and manage technical evaluations
• Build long-term relationships with technical champions within customer organizations
• Create professional content like white papers and blog posts to share expertise
• Evangelize products at industry, security, and developer events

Requirements

• Must be based in Montreal, QC
• Previous experience in a pre-sales or customer-facing technical role (e.g., Solutions Engineer, Technical Consultant)
• Experience with CDN, network security, or SaaS products
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with a sense of urgency
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for customer meetings and industry events
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

Nice to have

• Experience with hybrid cloud architectures (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Understanding of network routing, subnetting, and SD-WAN
• Knowledge of security risks such as DDoS, malware, and phishing
• Experience with SIEM and log analytics platforms
• Experience interacting with senior executives
