What you will do

• Manage and foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external channel partners.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive share-shift, retention, and new customer acquisition.
• Engage in customer-facing meetings and deliver presentations on business plans and performance reviews.
• Monitor key performance indicators and generate data-driven reports using advanced Excel.
• Collaborate with licensing, marketing, and cross-functional teams to align and execute growth initiatives.

Requirements

• 5-8+ years of business development or account management experience, preferably in IT distribution or cybersecurity.
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to confidently deliver business plans.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to foster lasting customer relationships and improve business processes.
• Must be authorized to work in Canada (role based in Mississauga).
