What you will do

  • Develop and implement sales channel strategies to retain existing business and drive revenue growth.
  • Analyze mortgage market trends to identify opportunities and client needs.
  • Build and manage a geographically dispersed sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Oversee complex deal execution, pricing, and cross-sell/upsell strategies.
  • Establish an operating rhythm to improve win rates and forecast accuracy.
  • Partner with marketing, product, and technology teams to enhance the client and salesperson experience.

Requirements

  • BS/BA Degree required.
  • 10+ years of sales experience in the mortgage or financial services industry, managing high-level client relationships.
  • Proven track record of exceeding performance targets.
  • Understanding of credit services, decision analytics, credit decisioning, and credit scoring applications.
  • Deep network of industry executive contacts within the housing services industry.
  • Willingness to travel.
