Location: Remote for candidates living outside a 50-mile radius of San Ramon, CA. Candidates within 50 miles of the San Ramon office are required to work Hybrid (3 days/week).

Salary: $142,800–$332,100 USD

What you will do

  • Lead and manage a team of Enterprise Account Directors to exceed revenue goals.
  • Coach and support sales team members through prospecting, discovery calls, and pipeline management.
  • Participate in on-site customer meetings and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
  • Drive business plan execution to expand into new enterprise accounts.
  • Attract, hire, onboard, and retain top-tier sales talent.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and data hygiene within Salesforce.com.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience closing deals at the C-level.
  • 3+ years of direct sales management experience in the SaaS or Cloud industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to close at least 10 complex deals per year.
  • Strong background in sales methodology, training, and coaching teams.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% within the region.
