Account Representative (SMB): Identifying and engaging in business and sales opportunities to build customer/vendor relationships and meet sales objectives with an accent on strategic planning and reseller growth. Location: Hybrid schedule based in Buffalo, NY or Scottsdale, AZ.
Salary: USD $44,500.00 - $75,600.00 per year.

What you will do
- Build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Create strategic plans to enhance reseller go-to-market growth and initiatives.
- Generate revenue, drive profit, and advance market share by selling Ingram's products, programs, and services.
- Maintain contact with accounts at a high, executive level, focusing on the strategic nature of the relationship.
Requirements
- Possess excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Have strong organizational skills and problem-solving agility.
- Have moderate knowledge of Excel and Word.
- Be able to work as a team member, partner effectively with others, and multi-task.
- Be able to handle large quantities of information while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- A high school diploma (or equivalent) required; a bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of two years previous sales or sales support experience (preferably in a related industry).
